COVID Lock downs - stay safe
Lockdown coming: with the recent update from the QLD Government, 11 LGA's will go into lockdown throughout South East Queensland until Sunday 8th August.
We have been monitoring updates from REIQ (Real Estate Institute of Queensland and the current direction is that we cease doing as much as possible unless absolutely necessary - IE: emergency jobs only.
With this in mind, we are closed to general public while in lockdown. We will have one staff member at the office for any key collection/drop of and emergency maintenance. Any routine inspections will be put off or done via video walkthrough while in lockdown. All staff members can be reached on their normal emails which have been noted below.
All our open homes for sales have also been put off. Regulations do allow us to still conduct inspections however we have opted to cease everything at this stage. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause especially if your property is vacant.
