Since 1st June 2019 we've seen our open home numbers increase, received more offers and sold 3 properties and put 2 more under contract.
Right now interest rates are at an all time low and the buying opportunities could not be better. Here's a few of the best rates we've seen, Variable 3.28% through Loans.com.au, a 1 year fixed rate 2.99% through Ubank and a 3 year fixed rate 3.39% through BOQ.
